Bruce Budny, President

Bruce is the President and CEO of the Pace Group. He works with individuals and organizations to achieve excellence in all that they do.

He is a seasoned business executive with over 34 years of executive leadership experience in the highly competitive retail restaurant industry. He helped various organizations develop highly effective management teams and strategies that have yielded exceptional and sustainable sales and profits. Bruce has managed from 1 to 200 operating units in markets ranging from local to multi-state and regional markets, with responsibility for annual budgets in excess of $125 million. He has led the successful development of business start-ups; executed rapid expansion of distribution points; managed multiple acquisitions, mergers, and transitions; planned and executed successful financial turnaround strategies; and, has successfully positioned businesses for sale. Bruce received his BA from Randolph-Macon College and his MBA from Averett University.
